together we can make a difference!
The pilots of the Hellenic Air force in Greece are the ONLY people continuously fighting 24/7,
guarding and defending freedom and justice over the Aegean.
They are on a 6 minute notice to take off and perform dangerous maneuvers in the skies at any given time. Due to the nature of their mission
some times accidents may happen. Because of this sacrifice some families are left
behind. We promise not to forget them !

Supporting Fallen Hellenic Air Force Pilots’ Families We Can Make a Difference !
The Clear Need for Action
The families of fallen Hellenic air force pilots need to be taken care of financially for several reasons. Losing a loved one is a difficult experience, and the added financial burden can make it even more challenging for families to cope with their loss. Financial support can help alleviate some of the stress and worry that comes with managing expenses and living without the primary breadwinner.
Financial Loss
These brave pilots often provide for their families through their income alone, and their sudden absence can leave their families with a limited source of financial stability. These are the same individuals who while serving their country have spent long periods away from home, flying hazardous duty assignments, and are usually exposed to extreme conditions. When an air force pilot dies, the financial impact can be substantial.
Psychological Trauma
In addition to the financial impact, there is always significant emotional and psychological effects on air force families. The experience of losing a loved one can be traumatic and can lead to feelings of grief, depression, and anxiety. The added stress of managing finances and meeting basic needs can exacerbate these feelings and make it even more challenging for families to cope.
